HH the Emir of Al-Baha Chairs First Meeting of the Supervisory Committee for the Strategic Office for the Development of Al-Baha Region

His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Hussam bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Al-Baha Region and Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Strategic Office for the Development of the Al-Baha Region, chaired the first meeting of the Supervisory Committee for the year 2022.

His Highness the Governor, the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee, and the members reviewed the region's strategy project and the comprehensive plan for its development. This review was conducted in accordance with visions, goals, and indicators established to execute strategic initiatives and projects in a way that maximizes the region's comparative advantages and contributes to achieving the region's economic and social development targets. During the meeting, His Highness pointed out the comparative advantages that distinguish the region, noting that they necessitate full alignment to ensure their preservation, raise the Quality of Life, and enhance sustainable development goals. This effort aims to translate the visions and aspirations of our wise government—may God strengthen it—led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Highness the Crown Prince—may God protect them—to achieve the main targets of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
